What is Tai Chi Zen?
Tai Chi Zen is
meditation in movement.
Breathing in coordination with your moves; being in the present
brings us to a state of calm and self-awareness.
This allows us to better perceive our environment and others,
which leads us to a more compassionate world.




About the instructor

Sergio Sclovich started practising Kung fu in 1997 which eventually lead him to connect with Tai Chi Zen. In the year 2000, he started his training as an instructor together with Chinese traditional medicine and biological Sciences, which altogether gave him and holistic point of view of life. In 2005 he started running Tai Chi Zen classes in Buenos Aires Argentina, his hometown. Since then, with 15 years of teaching experience, he hopes that sharing these techniques, others can benefit from it; enhancing wellbeing and bringing peacefulness.
